What a lovely property with very helpful staff. Excellent location. Tip… go a bit further to the right on the road outside and use Regents Park tube station. It’s much easier and quicker into the centre, which is close anyway but saves a tube change. The price with breakfast for a deluxe twin was similar to small guest houses or very basic hotels half an hours tube journey away so it made perfect sense to book here. It was close to St Pancras for our flight home from Luton. The best thing was we were early arrival and were able to leave our luggage until check in time at 3, then we could leave it in on the last day too which saved us costly left luggage fees at the train station. Very happy with our stay, comfortable and the big bonus was the amazing full spread for breakfast! Everything from scrambled eggs, Omlet, sausage, black pudding, mushrooms, hash browns, and more. Teas and coffees, fresh juices, fresh bakery items such as croissants, lovely bread, Danish pastries, and even cookies!! The salad bar with meats, cheeses, fruits, dips was excellent. And the first time ever … an olive oil station!! With little bruschetta breads and balsamic!! The only thing missing for me was smoked salmon!! But hey.. you can’t have everything! I would seriously would go back for the breakfast alone! Enjoy!!!

I've stayed in Melia hotels before and had a great stay, but had been a bit concerned about this one after reading other reviews. I needn't have worried! The hotel was lovely. We had an upgrade to a Premium King Room for our anniversary, which gave us a super-king bed and more space in the room. The room was very quiet (I'd read that windows/walls were thin, but that didn't trouble us at all) and was warm (a bit too warm actually, we couldn't work out the air con). The hotel bar had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great too - lots of choice, and again the staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again for the good location and good room quality. I think upgrading to the Premium room was a good call.

We stayed a few years ago and were looking forward to the new décor and were pleased with the results. Thought the decoration in the lobby and rooms was very nice and modern and the room was a really good size. Staff were always friendly and polite and although rushed off their feet at breakfast they always looked after us and couldn't do enough to help and get us what we wanted. We were in and out of the hotel over the duration of our stay and staff always said hello regardless of the time of the day or night. Would stay again without a doubt although it is moving towards a price range that will make it unaffordable - pre-covid we paid around £140 a night, this time it was nearer to £300 a night. Lovely central location and on the doorstep of Regent's Park.

Melia White house has undergone a major renovation during covid closure and what you find is a very big change starting from the lobby, bars up to the rooms. The updated rooms present a modern approach, minimalist yet comfortable and stylish. The renovation has brought much light into rooms and toilets which before were a bit worn out and so does the pathways and inter-floor corridors. As per human resources, a chat with management and guest desk (Glenda is so devoted to her job) is always a pleasure by MWH.

Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Staff organised me a gluten free breakfast which was coeilac safe. The bed was very comfy. Location was great. Walking distance from Euston station and lots of bus stops and a tube station across the road. The hotel was lovely and we looked forward to staying here again.
